HOTEL: This is a luxury apartment which was built in 1939 and offers 3 rooms, spread over 100 m². SITUACIÓN: This apartment is located on the promenade near the sea, overlooking Gruz harbour. It lies in the centre of Dubrovnik, only 2 km from the Old Town and 1.5 km from the beach (Uvala Lapad). Parking and a local bus station are just in front of the apartment. There is a shopping centre 400 m away as well as a post office and a bank. It is about 20 km to Cavtat and approximately 21 km to Dubrovnik Airport. HABITACIÓN: The apartment comes with 2 bathrooms with a hairdryer and 3 separate bedrooms with king-size beds, as well as an exceptionally large living room. It is equipped with satellite/cable TV, a hifi and Internet access. There is a dining room and a modern kitchen with a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and a washing machine.
