Hotel description : Capo Falcone Charming Apartments is a recently built structure, located directly on the sea, just 250 metres from La Pelosa, one of the islands most popular and suggestive beaches.
The 56 flats that make up the Residence, characterised by a contemporary architectural style, are distributed in five living units surrounded by gardens.
Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, they can be either on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a terrace, always equipped with table and chairs.
FINAL CLEANING: included (excluding kitchenette and waste to be provided by the customer, otherwise supplement of EUR 50.00).
RATES INCLUDE: Final cleaning, electricity, water, 1 set of bed linens and bath towels per week. 1 complimentary maid service for 14-day stays or longer (kitchenette is not included) or air conditioning, use of swimming pool, use of BBQ area, use of the laundry, unguarded indoor and outdoor private parking, bicycles (service based on availability).
Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 - Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys.
