RO REGULAMENT INTERN COMPLEX HOTELIER VERA:
1. Ziua hoteliera incepe la ora 18.00 ( ora pana la care poate fi ocupata camera/ check-in)
2. Ziua hoteliera se termina la ora 12.00 ( ora la care trebuie eliberata camera / check-out) prin predarea cheii a cardului valoric si bratarilor de identificare .
3. Banii de pe card trebuiesc consumati pana la ora 12.00 din ziua decazarii , deoarece acesti bani nu se returneaza .
4. Cererile pentru check-in sau check-out la alte ore se onoreaza in functie de gradul de ocupare al hotelului.
5. In ultima zi de sejur, clientii hotelului vor elibera camerele la ora 12.00, iar balagajele (daca vor dori) pot fi depuse la receptive in camera special amenajata pentru bagaje . In caz contrar, doar dupa confirmarea hotelului in scris, clientii pot elibera camera pana la ora 16.00 si vor achita o taxa suplimentara in valoare de 50% din o noapte de cazare, iar daca elibereaza camera dupa ora 16.00 vor plati o taxa de 100% din noaptea de cazare.
6. Valoarea de achitat pentru late check-out se va calcula in functie de tarifele afisate la receptie.
7. Accesul la serviciile gratuite este permisa numai clientilor hotelului.
8. Este interzis( indiferent de motiv) introducerea de produse alcoolice bauturi racoritoare si alimentare, altele decat cele provenite din cadrul Complexului Hotelier Vera. Produsele alimentare si bauturile,in incinta Complexului, se servesc exclusiv in locatiile: restaurant, terasa restaurant, piscina , pe parcursul sejurului.
9. Este interzisa extragerea de alimente sau bauturi din incinta restaurantului, chiar daca scopul este pastrarea acestora in camera , produsele oferite la mic dejun, pranz si cina se vor consuma doar in interiorul restaurantului, pe parcursul desfasurarii mesei.
10. Cazarea se va face in baza prezentarii unui act de identitate (inclusiv pentru copii) si a completarii fisei de turist la receptie.
11. Alocarea camerelor se face in functie de disponibilitatea hotelului din ziua check-in-ului. Din acest motiv nu putem garanta pe un anumit etaj camerele alaturate sau situarea intr-un anumit corp.
12. Solicitarile de acest gen sunt considerate preferinte ale turistilor pe care incercam sa le satisfacem in limita disponibilitatilor, FIIND EXCLUSA INSA GARANTAREA.
13. Complexul nu isi asuma raspunderea pentru eventualele probleme aparute (furtul din masini) in parcare,sau din zona piscinei etc. Este recomandat ca bunurile de valoare sa fie pastrate in seiful din receptie.
14. Turistul are obligatia de a verifica la sosire lista de inventar a camerei pe care va trebui s-o predea in aceleasi conditii la plecare.Eventualele lipsuri sau degradari ale bunurilor din camera , vor fi suportate de turist.
15. Este interzis fumatul în camere sau în spatii publice; exista locuri special amenajate, bar, terase si alte spatii în aer liber pe întreaga proprietate. Se va percepe o taxa de salubrizare care este echivalenta cu contravaloarea unei nopti de cazare, pentru camerele în care s-a fumat.
16. Hotelul nu percepe taxa pentru parcare si nici nu retine locuri pentru turisti.
17. Prosoapele se schimpa la 2 zile, iar lenjeria la 3 zile, conform articolul 21 din anexa la ordinul emis de Ministerul dezvoltării regionale şi turismului, nr. 1051 din 3 martie 2011.
Pentru a beneficia de toate serviciile oferite de Hotel Vera purtarea bratarilor de identificare este obligatorie.
Acest regulament poate suferi modificari fara o notificare prealabila si va fi adus la cunostinta turistului in momentul cazarii. /
EN INTERNAL REGULATIONS:
1. The hotel day starts at 18.00 (the time starting with the room can be occupied/ check-in time).
2. The hotel day ends at 12.00 (the time when the room must be vacated / check-out time) by handing over the key, the value card and the wristbands.
3. The entire amount loaded on the card must be consumed by 12.00 on the check-out day, any amount left is not refundable.

5. The guests must vacate the rooms at 12.00 on check-out day; the luggage (if they wish) can be deposited at the reception in the luggage room. Having the written hotel confirmation, guests can vacate the room until 16.00 for an additional fee of 50% of one night of accommodation / after 16.00 for a fee of 100% of one night of accommodation.
6. The late check-out fee is calculated according to the tariffs displayed at the reception.
7. Access to free services is allowed only to hotel guests.
8. It is forbidden (regardless of the reason) to bring alcoholic products, soft drinks and food, from outside of the Vera Hotel Complex. The food and drinks, inside the Complex, are served exclusively in the locations: restaurant, restaurant terrace, swimming pool, during the stay.
9. It is forbidden to bring food or drinks from inside the restaurant, even if the purpose is to keep them in the room; the products offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be consumed only inside the restaurant, during the meal.
10. For check-in formalities tourists are required to present the identity document (including for children) and to fill out the tourist cards.
11. The allocation of rooms is made according to the availability of the hotel on the check-in day. For this reason we cannot guarantee the adjoining rooms or the location in a certain body on a certain floor.
12. Requests of this kind are considered preferences of tourists that we try to satisfy within the limits of availability, BUT THE GUARANTEE IS EXCLUDED.
13. The complex does not take responsibility for any problems (car theft) in the parking lot, or in the pool area, etc. It is recommended that valuables to be kept in the reception safe.
14. The tourist has the obligation to check on arrival the inventory list of the room and to hand over the room in the same conditions upon departure. Any deficiencies or degradation of the goods in the room will be borne by the tourist.
15. It is forbidden to smoke in rooms or in public spaces; there are special places, bar, terraces and other outdoor spaces on the whole property. A sanitation fee will be charged (equivalent of one night's accommodation), for the rooms where tourists smoked.
16. The hotel does not charge a parking fee and does not book places for tourists.
17. Towels are changed every 2 days, and linen every 3 days.
